【摘要】 紫胶虫的四种优良寄主树思茅黄檀、聚果榕、光腺合欢、火绳树的次生韧支部轴向系统由筛管、伴胞、韧皮薄壁细胞、纤维组成,径向系统为射线。聚果榕内尚有乳汁管。除火绳树外,其他三种植物还具有石细胞.光腺合欢筛管分子端壁倾斜,具复筛板,没有明显的P—蛋白质,但具筛管淀粉.其余三种植物筛管分子端壁横向,具单筛板,并且都含P-蛋白质。火绳树中有部分具复筛板,伴胞均为与筛管分子等长的一列,仅火绳树中有部分伴胞只一个细胞与筛管分子等长。由观察得出结论:1、四种寄主树2—3年生枝条周皮的木栓层均很薄,在120μm以下.2、四种寄主树的次生韧皮部在冬季都保留500—1000μm厚的具生活筛分子的区域.3、四种植物中有二种的筛管与伴胞属特化程度高的类型。更多还原

【Abstract】 The anatomy of secondary phloem and periderm of four good host species, Dalbergia szemaoensis Prain, Ficus racemosa L., Albizia calcarea Huang and Eriolaena spectabilis( DC.) Planch, ex Mast, for Laccifer lacca(Kerr) Targ. is described. Their longitudinal system of secondary phloem consists of sieve elements, companion cells, phloem parencyma cell and fibres. Their radial system consists of rays. In addition, Ficus racemosa has laticiferous tubes. Except Eriolaena spectabilis, the other three host species have sclereids. In Albizia calcarea the sieve elements have oblique end walls with compound sieve plates and lack of conspicuous P-protein, but have starch. In the other three species, the sieve elements have horizontal end walls with simple sieve plate, and contain Pprotein. In Eriolaena spectabilis, a part of sieve plates belong to compound sieve plate, companion cells are as long as the sieve elements but septate to form a strand of cells. Only in Eriolaena spectabilis, a part of companion cells have merely one cell which is as long as the sieve element they accompany. The observation comes to the conclusion: 1. The phellem of four hosts is thin, below 120 μm. 2. During winter, the secondary phloerm of four hosts keep 500-1000 μm area of living sieve elements.3.
