【摘要】 <正>福建省脊椎动物线虫,过去已记载有340种。近来我们检查一些两栖和爬行动物,又检得线虫5种,其中包括1新科2新种。日本尖旋线虫(Spiroxys japonica Morishita,1926)寄生于金线蛙,宿主是新纪录。蟾蜍拟皕尾线虫(Cosmoceroides bufonis Karve,1944)寄生于中华大蟾蜍,宿主和分布都是我国新纪录。此外,武夷盲肠线虫(Angusticaecum wuyiensis Wang, 1981)检到雌虫,是新发现作了补充描述。新种的模式标本保存于福建师范大学寄生动物研究室。更多还原

【Abstract】 Five species of parasitic nematodes of amphibians and reptiles, including 1 new family, 1 new genus, 2 new species, the female of a known species and 2 species newly recorded from China, are herein described. The female of Angusticaecum wuyiensis Wang(fig. 3) is newly discovered and described for the first time. Spiroxys japonica Morishita(fig. 4) from Rana plancyi and Cosmocercoides bufornis Karve(fig. 5) from Bufo bufo gargarizans are new records for China. The two amphibians are new hosts for the two nematodes respectively. Type specimens are deposited in the Department of Biology, Fujian Teachers University. Mouth surrounded by three prominent lips, one dorsal and two latero-ventral, each bearing two tricuspid papillae. Buccal cavity short. Oesophagus clearey divided into two parts,the anterior muscular and the posterior glandular portions.Male: posterior extremity spirally coiled, caudal alae well developed,asymmetrical, supported by seven pedunculate caudal papillae, of which five are preanal and the other two are postanal, no unpaired sessile papilla.Spicules unequal, dissimilar, gubernaculum absent. Female: Tail conical,vulva situated posteriorly near anus, vagina directed forward, Ovijector a long complex structure. Oviparous, eggs small, thick-shelled, embryonated at deposition.
