【摘要】 氰戊菊酯、甲苯和二甲苯分别在4、5、5mg/kg剂量经气管注入染毒时,均可不同程度地降低PMφ(肺泡巨噬细胞)总数和噬菌率,增加PMφ的死亡率和支气管肺泡灌洗液中乳酸脱氢酶和酸性磷酸酶的活力,当在同样剂量下氰戊菊酯与甲笨或与二甲苯混合染毒时,对PMφ的细胞毒性反而下降,表现为一定的拮抗作用,但两种混合物间的毒性无显著差异。更多还原

【Abstract】 Fen valerate,Toluene and Xylene,in the doses of 4,5,5 mg/kg respectively,were given by intratracheal instillation,The total number of PMφ(pulmonary alveolar macrophage) and the rate of PMφ phagocytosis of rats was reduced,and the death rate of PMφ and the activity of lactate dehydrogenase and acid phosphatase in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid were increased. While the mixture of Fenvalerate with Toluene or Xylene were given,the cytotoxicity to rat PMφ was reduced. It showed that there was an obvious antagonistic effect of these chemicals. But the degree of toxicity of the two mixtures was not different.更多还原
