孕妇与新生儿锌营养状况的研究

【摘要】 比较孕妇和新生儿的锌营养状况发现,新生儿的脐血浆锌(100.6±19.1μg/d1)几乎是其母体血浆锌(56.1±10.1μg/dl)的1倍;血浆Cu/Zn比(0.31±0.15)明显低于其母体的血浆Cu/Zn比(3.52±0.85);血清碱性磷酸酶(ALP)活性(19.8±17.7金氏单位)明显低于其母体的ALP活性(25.4±9.1金氏单位)。新生儿与其母体的血浆锌,血浆Cu/Zn比和血清ALP活性之间无显著相关(r=-0.008 P>0.05;r=0.264 P>0.05;r=0.113P>0.05),这提示锌从母体经胎盘转运给胎儿是以主动运输方式。孕妇与新生儿的血浆锌,血浆Cu/Zn比及血清ALP活性与新生儿出生体重无显著相关(P>0.05),这提示在本研究人群中,孕妇与新生儿的锌营养状况不是影响新生儿出生体重的主要因素。

【Abstract】 Concentration of plasmic zinc and Cu/Zn rati was determined by atomic absorption spectrophotometry of 40 pregnant women and the umbilical cord blood of their neonates. The mean value of plasmic zinc in the cord blood( 100.6± 19.1 μg/dl) was much higher than that of the maternal blood(56.1±10.1 μg/dl). The mean level of plasmic Cu/Zn in the cord blood( 0.31±0.15) was less than that of the maternal blood( 3.52±0.85). Serum alkaline phosphatase(ALP) activity in the cord blood(19 8± 17.7 King’s unit) was also significantly less than that of the maternal blood(25.4±9.1 King’s unit). No correlation was found between plasmic zinc in the cord blood and plasmic zinc in the maternal blood( r=-0 008, P>0.05) and between plasmic Cu/Zn in the cord blood and plasmic Cu/Zn in the maternal blood(r= 0.264, P>0.05) and between serum ALP activity in the cord blood and serum ALP activity in the maternal blood( r = 0.113, P>0.05). These suggested that zinc was transported in active form through placenta from the maternal blood to the cord blood.No relation was found of plasmic zinc, plasmic Cu/Zn and serum ALP activity to the neonate’s birth weight(P>0.05).It was found that the maternal and neonate zinc statuses were not the main factors affecting neonate’s birth weight in this experiment.
