【摘要】 芘是多环芳烃的一个代表性化合物,职业防癌将测定尿中芘的主要代谢物1-羟基芘做为接触多环芳烃的生物接触指标。不同工作岗位的炼焦工人,同时测定个体接触多环芳烃(包括芘、苯并(a)芘)的浓度及尿中排出的1-羟基芘浓度,发现1-羟基芘的水平与空气芘浓度,与空气中苯并(a)芘浓度都呈显著相关,与空气中多环芳烃总浓度也呈显著相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 pyrene is a representative compound of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon(PAH).The concentration of main metabolite of pyrene, 1-hydroxypyrene,in urine has been determined as a biological exposure index for the exposure of PAH. The personal exposure concentration of PAH( including pyrene, BaP) and 1-hydroxypyrene concentration excreated in urine have been determined simultaneously, which shows that the 1-hydroxypyrene level is correlated markedly with concentrations of pyrene and BaP in air and also correlated markedly with concentration of total PAH.更多还原
