生孢囊放线菌及其它属菌的甲基萘醌

【摘要】 用高压液相层析对31个属90株生孢囊放线菌及其它属菌的甲基萘醌进行了测定。其结果表明:游动放线菌属、小瓶菌属和小单孢菌属的甲基萘醌为MK-9(H4)MK-10(H4),无定形孢囊菌属和游动单孢菌属的甲基萘醌为MK-9(H4),指孢囊菌属的甲基萘醌为MK-9(H3)MK-9(H6),链孢囊菌属的甲基萘醌为MK-9(H4)或MK-9(H6),螺孢菌属的甲基萘醌为MK-9(H6)MK-9(H4),游动双孢菌属的甲基萘醌为MK-9(H2)MK-9(H4)。不同放线菌属的甲基萘醌组份是较稳定的,可作为属的分类特征之一。建议用甲基萘醌与形态和细胞壁化学组份相结合区分放线菌中的不同属。

【Abstract】 90 strains of sporangia forming actinomycetes and other organisms representing 31 genera were analyzed by HPLC for menaquinones. MK-9(H4)MK-10(H4) were found in Ampullariella, Actinoplanes and Micromonospora. MK-9(H4) was found in "Amorphosporangium" and Planomonospora. The genus Dactylosporangium contained MK-9(H8)MK-9(H6). MK-9(H4) or MK-9(H6) predominated in the genus Streptosporangium. Spirillospora had MK-9(H8)MK-9(H4) and Planobispora had MK-9(H2)MK-9(H4) The results showed that menaquinones could be used as a valuble taxonomic criteria in the generic taxonomy of actinomycetes, but it should be considered with the characteristics of morphology and cell wall composition.
