双相钢显微结构对巴克好森效应的影响
THE INFLUENCE OF THE MICROSTRUCTURE OF DUAL-PHASE STEEL ON BARKHAUSEN EFFECT
【摘要】 巴克好森效应对铁磁材料的显微组织结构是比较敏感的。本文研究了具有铁素体和马氏体的双相钢在磁化过程产生的磁巴克好森信号(BN)和声巴克好森信号(MAE)的特征,探讨了双相钢的两相结构和分布对信号的影响,为研究材料显微组织和性能提供了无损检测的新方法。
【Abstract】 Barkhausen effect is sensitive to the variation of microstructure of ferromagnetic materials. The characters of Barkhausen noise (BN) and magnetomechanical acoustic emission (MAE) signals during magnetization of dual-phase steel that consists of ferrite and martensite, and the influence of the microstructure of dual-phase steel on MAE and BN signals are studied. The experimental results show that it is a new nondestructive testing method for microstructure and property of materials.
