LY12合金点焊区域合金成分分布对X射线透照图象的影响
INFLUENCE OF ALLOY COMPOSITION VARIATION IN SPOT.WELDED ZONE OF LY12 ALLOY ON RADIOGRAPHIC IMAGES
【摘要】 以实际测量建立厚度和成分的X射线强度衰减曲线,解释LY12合金点焊区域X射线透照图象中"黑环"和"白环"的形成。提出:具有一定尺寸的正常熔核的焊点,其X射线图象中未必都有"黑环","黑环"并不都与焊点熔核边缘相对应;正常点焊焊点X射线图象的"白环"与脱焊焊点的"白环"明显不同。
【Abstract】 The black and white circles on X-ray images of the spot-welded zones of LY12 alloy are explained with X-ray intensity attenuation curves plctted through practical measurement of thicknesses and compositions of the zones. It is pointed out that there are not black circles on all X-ray images of the spot welds with normal nuggets of certain sizes and all the black circles on the X-my images are not corresponding to the boundaries of the nuggets. The white circles in the X-ray images of the spot welds with normal nuggets appear distinctly different from those of dewelding zones.
