【Abstract】 This paper determines the nitrate in milk piece with the method of reduction of powdered zine-diazo coupling and the sensitivity of the method is 0.024μg.The detective limit (L) is 0.51μg/50ml and the variability coefficient ranges from 4.3% to 14.93%.
