晶粒度对Fe-1.8%wtSi屈服过程声发射的影响

【摘要】 用再结晶法制取晶粒直径从22至262μm的硅钢试片,拉伸过程用声发射监听。测得屈服阶段声发射振铃计数随晶粒直径的变化关系与晶界面积随晶粒直径的变化关系有相同的趋势,说明实验所用硅钢试样的屈服以晶界发射位错为主。高幅度声发射信号所占比重随晶粒直径增大而增大,认为这是位错滑移自由程增大的结果。

【Abstract】 The Fe 1.8wt% Si samples with grain diameter from 22 to 262μm were prepared by recrystallization.All samples were monitored by acoustic emi- ssion during stretching.The curves of acoustic emissionringdowncounts versus grain diameter and that of the area of grain boundary per-cubic versus grain diameter have the same tendancy.It meansthat the yield process of silicon steel is attributed to dislocations emitting from the grain boundary.The per- centage of large amplitude signals of acoustic emission increase with the grain size increasing,which is thus attributed to the dislocations with longer free path.
