海菜花Ottelia acuminata(Gagnep.)Dandy的种下分类研究
THE INFRASPECIFIC CLASSIFICATION OF THE POPULATIONS OF OTTELIA ACUMINATA (GAGNEP.) DANDY
【摘要】 本文以海菜花6个居群为分类运算单位,选取59个形态学、生态学和过氧化物酶同工酶性状,利用微机对海菜花进行了数值分类学研究。Q分析和图论分析均揭示应取消本种的路南海菜花和通海海菜花两个变种,而保留变种波叶海菜花。主成分分析发现仅前三个主成分便可保留总信息量的77.82%,说明在海菜花种内居群分类中所选性状合理,并能在压缩了的三维空间表达各居群问的相对位置。
【Abstract】 The present work, using six populations of Ottelia acuminata (Gagnep.) Dandy as OTUs and selecting 59 characters involved in the morphological and peroxidase band patterns’ as taxonomic characters, deals with the numerical classification of the species. The results of Q cluster analysis and graph theoretical analysis are identical.It is suggested that, among three varieties of the species, O.acuminatavar.crispa(Hand-Mazz.)H. Li should be reserved, but O.acnminata vat. lunanensis H.Li and O.acuminata var.tonhaiensis H.Li be cancelled. Principal components analysis reveals that the first three principal components comprised 77.82% of information amount of that possessed by 59 characters, which shows that the characters selected to classify the populations of O. acuminata are reasonable and the relative position among the populations under study could be successfully depictured in a compressed three—dimensional space.
