离子交换玻璃中交换离子浓度分布的计算
Calculation of Ion Concentration Distribution in Ion-Exchanged Glasses
【摘要】 将用 Boltzmann—Matano 方法得到的互扩散系数拟合成交换离子浓度的多项式函数,用 Crank—Nicolson 差分法解一维有限平板和圆柱体条件下的扩散方程,可以较精确地计算离子交换玻璃中交换离子的浓度分布。假定互扩散系数只取决于浓度的条件下,将计算值与实测浓度分布进行了比较,并得到相吻合的结果。
【Abstract】 Interdiffusion coefficients obtained by Boltzmann—Matano method were expressedin terms of a polynomial function of concentration,diffusion equations of plate andcylinder were solved by Crank—Nicolson difference method,and ion concentrationdistributions in ion-exchanged glass plates and cylinders were calculated.In thecase of interdiffusion coefficient only depending on ion concentration,concentrationdistributions calculated were compared with the results measured by electron micro-probe,they were coincident.
