含TiO2的MgO-Al2O3-SiO2系统玻璃分相的研究
Study on the phase Separation of MgO-Al2O3-SiO2 Glass Containing TiO2
【摘要】 本文采用X射线小角散射技术(SAXS)、X 射线光电子能谱(XPS)、拉曼光谱(Raman)和电镜(TEM、SEM)等测试方法详细地研究了含 TiO2的 MgO-Al2O3-SiO2系统玻璃在靠近 Tg(=750℃)点的温度范围(700~820℃)内热处理时玻璃的分相过程。发现在低于 Tg 点的温度下,玻璃的分相获得了显著的发展;玻璃的转变温度、颜色以及玻璃分相的结构形貌均随热处理温度的不同而出现明显的差异。
【Abstract】 Phase separation process in MgO-Al2O3-SiO2 glass containing TiO2 during heat--treatment at a temperature near transition temperature(Tg) was investigated byseveral methods,including small angle X-ray scattering (SAXS),X-ray photoelec-tron spectroscopy (XPS),Raman spectra,transmission electron microscopy and scan-ning electron microscopy.It was discovered that the transition temperature of theheat-treated glass became higher with the increase of heat-treatment temperatures andgradually approached the transition temperature of the glass without TiO2,the ap-pearance of the glass gradually changed from brown violet colour to intense blue--violet colour and even to opalescence,and the phase separation morphology of TiO2-rich phase gradually changed from an interconnected phase to a siliceous dropletphase embedded in SiO2-rich matrix phase with the increase of heat-treatment tem-peratures.The changes in colour,transition temperature and phase separation mor-phology are caused by the change of the compositions of TiO2-rich phase and SiO2-rich phase in the glass during the heat-treatment.
