利用BaO2原料制取单相致密YBa2Cu3O7-δ陶瓷
Dense and Single-Phase YBa2Cu3O7-δ Superconductor Prepared with BaO2
【摘要】 本工作采用 BaO2为原料制备 YBa2Cu3O7-δ超导体材料,采用固相反应合成工艺和普通烧成条件,所得的超导体具有下列特性:(1)单相性好。由 X 射线衍射分析为单纯的正交相;(2)含碳量低,所得的 YBa2-Cu3O7-δ陶瓷其含碳量比以 BaC2O4为原料的 YBa2Cu3O7-δ陶瓷低一半;(3)YBa2Cu3O7-δ陶瓷的烧结温度比较低,致密度高,密度可达理论值的90%以上,显气孔率只有5.78%;(4)采用相同的制备工艺,所得YBa2Cu3O7-δ陶瓷的电流密度比以 BaC2O4为原料的 YBa2Cu3O7-δ陶瓷提高3倍左右。
【Abstract】 The relationship between raw materials,processing microstructure and physicalproperties for YBa2Cu3O7-δ ceramics was investigated.Two kinds of Ba-containedmaterials were used as raw mateials,one w(?)s BaO2 and the other was BaC2O4.TheYBa2Cu3O7-δ ceramics were prepared by the solid state reaction method.Physicalproperties,such as sintering shrinkage,density,transition temperature and criticalcurrent ect were measured.The microstructures of these two kinds of YBa2Cu3O7-δceramics were characterized by SEM and optical mic(?)oscope.A singlephase materialwith orthorhombic structure was obtained for this YBCO ceramics prepared withBaO2.The carbon content of this YBCO material is low and the relative density isabout 90%.The critical current of this YBCO ceramics is higher than that of YBCOprepared with BaC2O4.It seems likely that high-quality,single-phase YBa2Cu3O7-δceramic samples with orthorhombic structure could be made by using BaO2 as rawmatcrial and solid state reaction processing.
