顺序冻结抗冻太阳热水器的实验研究

【摘要】 利用热库、管径变化和增加肋片方法可控制集热板的冻结顺序。本文对其机理进行了讨论,并报道了以此原理设计和制作的新型抗冻太阳热水器的实验研究结果,表明利用顺序冻结原理进行抗冻是可行的。

【Abstract】 A new mechanism of water pipe freezing protection by means of freezing time order control has been studied to avoid expansion damage.When this concept is applied,specially designed solar collector will not be damaged when water froze in collector tubes and did not drain off.A series of experiments have been conducted to investigate the factors affecting freezing order.The solar water collector without water drained-off has been proved economically advanced after winter period operation.
