膜分离技术处理糠醛废水
Furfural Wastewater Handling by Membrane Process
【摘要】 本文开发了电渗析处理含1~2.5%乙酸的糠醛废水的新方法。通过中试可以回收20%左右的乙酸,再经过革取、精馏工艺得工业一级乙酸,废水安全排放及回用。技术指标优于小试,重现性良好。为“电渗析-萃取-精馏”工艺的工业化提供了依据。
【Abstract】 A new method of recovering acetic acid from furfural wastewater containirig 1~2.5% (weight)acetic acid by clectrodialysis has teen developed. In the pilot plant-scale operation, concentration of recoverd acetic acid reaches 20%(weight), disposed wastewater can be drained out safely or reused. Industrial first-class acetic acid is produced by means of technology of extraction and distillation. The technical target of the pilot plant-scale operation is prior to the target of the lab-scale operation, and reappearance is well.
