【摘要】 本文从分析预应力混凝土空心板单体成形挤压机铰刀的服役条件出发,选择了低铬钼白口铸铁做为饺刀材质。为了解决铰刀小头加工问题,采用了双金属镶铸。通过装机运转,证实了低铬钼白口铸铁铰刀具有较高的耐磨性,与国内广为应用的其他合金饺刀相比较,表现出较高的寿命。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper. Service Condition of an auto-Cutting apart extrusion machine reamer for making prestressed hollow-cored concrete articles is analysised. Low alloy Cr-Mo white iron be Selected for the material of reamer. Insetting a steel sleeve in low Cr-Mo white iron reamer on end is made use of to ouercome machining difficulty. Seruice test indicates that the abrasive wear resistant life of the low Cr-Mo white iron reamer is longer than the other.更多还原
