【摘要】 本实验以H#为淬灭指标,用液闪及井型NaI(Tl)晶体探测仪器,一次完成对3H,14C,125I的三标记测量及淬灭校正。並观察了不同程度淬灭、不同的核素活度和活度比值对校正误差的影响。结果表明,在中度淬灭条件下(H#<227),低强度范围内,校正误差均在10%以内,旦该方法操作简单、迅速、可靠,基本上可以满足实际测量的要求。

【Abstract】 H# as quench indicator, with help of triple-label proceeding computer program, 3H, 14C, and 125I triple label determination and calculation method was established on well crystal detector and liqid scintillation detecting system. At the same time, the effects of various quenching, different 3H, 14C, 125)I activities and activity ratios on cal culated errors were observed. The results showed that the calculated errors were below 10% when H#<227 and nuclidic activities were relatively lower. The advantages of this method are as following: simple operating, quick result and the metabolism of three substances which are labeled distinguishly with 3H, 14C, and125I may be observed at the same sample and same time.
