【摘要】 应用“反取皮”法治疗大面积皮肤撕脱伤25例,片状撕脱13例,脱套伤8例,潜行剥脱4例。将撕脱的皮肤不断蒂,切刮成中厚或刃厚皮片“原位再植”,其中20例将再植皮片切成筛孔状以增加其面积。治疗效果优者18例,良4例,一般2例,差1例。优良率89％。其成功的关键是清创彻底,皮片制作厚度适当。更多还原

【Abstract】 The authors had treated 25 cases of extensive avulsion of the extremities with "return skin", There were pieces avulsion 13, sleeve avulsion 8 and subcutaneous avulsion 4. The authors designed a method to graft the split thick skin and the results showed that 18 cases (72%) were excellent: 4 cases (16%), good; 2 cases (8%) fair; 1 case (4%) , poor.
