Lurgi型甲醇合成塔的管内传热特性
Heat transfer performance in the tubes of the tubeshell methanol synthesis reactor
【摘要】 在直径分别为35和25mm的固定床内,使用工业合成甲醇的铜基催化剂,在接近工业反应器实际操作温度下和雷诺数范围内,对床层的传热特性进行了系统的实验研究,得到了计算管内传热参数的关联式。
【Abstract】 By using the conventional Cu-base catalyst for methanol synthesis, heat transfer characteristics in the tubes of the Lurgi type methanol synthesis reactor were experimentally studied under the conditions similar to those for the commercial reactors in temperature and hydrodynamics. The correlations for calculating effective heat transfer parameters have been presented, based on the data obtained in this work.
