CO在Pd/Y分子筛上吸附性能的考察

【摘要】 采用化学吸附方法和程序升温脱附技术考察了CO在Pd/NaY分子筛上的吸附性能和程序升温脱附特性。还考察了催化剂的焙烧温度和还原温度、钯含量、载体和浸渍液种类对钯晶粒大小的影响。CO的TPD峰谱表明,Pd/NaY上的活性中心至少有4种类型。在程序升温脱附产物中检出CO和CO2,表明在吸附和脱附过程中发生了表面反应。

【Abstract】 The Pd/NaY zeolites were characterized by CO chemisorption and TPD techniques. The crystal size of Pddepends" not only on the calcination and reduction temperatures but also on the amount of Pd loaded, types of carriers and solution of impregnation in the process of preparation. The obtained TPD spectra of CO demonstrate that there are at least four kinds of site presenting on the Pd/NaY surface. The products desorbed from the Pd/NaY zeolites were identified to be CO and CO2 by gas chromatographic analysis. This indicates that the surface reaction has taken place in the TPD process.
