两维计算机视觉测量系统的研究
2-D MEASUREMENT SYSTEM WITH COMPUTER VISION
【摘要】 介绍了一种新研制的两维计算机视觉测量系统。本系统可用来对皮革、服装样片等曲边形进行自动测量、分析和计算。它具有测量实时性好、精度高、成本低等特点。其输出的测量计算结果可用于服装、皮革制品CAD自动排料过程以及生产过程的原料统计和成本核算,是未来面料加工与设计类产业必不可少的检测手段。
【Abstract】 This paper describes a new 2-D measurement system with computer vision. The system can be used for automatic measurement analysis and calculation of leather, dress pattern or polygon. It has some advantages, which are real time, high precision, no touch and low cost. The data, which is provided by the tystem, can be used for arranging patterns during dress CAD and leather CAD. In the foreseeable future, it will be an indispensable method of measurement in the clothes and leather manufacturing and the other fields.
