【Abstract】 The residual free aldehydc in polyvinyl acctal is harmful and irritant to thc hcalth. It could bc removed by the rcaction with acrylamidc. Thc rcaction was taken placc at the prcsence of alkali with 0.5～1.0% SM catalyst at 40× for 3h, which could reduce the free aldehyde from 5% down to 0.2% or less without deereasing of the product performance.更多还原
