【摘要】 在本室以往研究的基础上,利用同位素技术、血清过氧化脂质（LPO）、血小板聚集性和血脂测定以及形态学和超微结构等方法,综合观察了大剂量前列腺素 E₂（PGE₂）和雌二醇联合应用对实验性动脉粥样硬化（AS）的影响,结果多种指标显示联合用药比单纯 PGE₂具有更明显的抑制 AS 的协同作用。文中根据各种检测指标的变化就其作用机理进行了讨论。更多还原

【Abstract】 The effects of PGE₂ combined with estradiol on experimental atherosclerosiswere studied by biochemical techniques of isotope,determination of lipid peroxide andserum lipid,platelet aggregation,and morphologic ultrastructural observations.Theresults showed that large dose of PGE₂ inhibited rabbit atherosclerosis and the com-bined treatment group of PGE₂ with estradiol was synergistic in the inhibition.The mechanisms might be related to the synergistic inhibition of above drugs on en-dothelial permeability,platelet aggregation,smooth muscle cell proliferation andperoxidation.更多还原
