【Abstract】 Clinical effects of Glurenorm on treating 29 patients of non-insulin-dependentdiabetes mellitus were investigated.It was evident that the Glurenorm reduced bloodglucose with the mechanism of Glurenorm stimulating the secretion of endogenousinsulin.The fasting blood glucose had a drop of 55.2 mg/d1,2 hour postprandialblood glucose a drop of 100.6 mg/dl.No obvious side-effects Of Glurenorm have been found especially hypoglycemia.Thus Glurenorm seemed to be better than Glyburide in the treatment of elderlypatients with non-insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus.更多还原
