【摘要】 应用 BL-88A 型激光衍射红细胞变形测量仪,对30例急性脑梗塞和30名正常人进行了红细胞变形性测定。结果表明在100达因/厘米~2和200达因/厘米~2二种剪切力下急性脑梗塞组红细胞变形性均显著低于正常对照组。提示红细胞变形性降低是促发脑梗塞发病因素之一。结合复习文献,就检测红细胞变形性对治疗脑梗塞的临床意义及有关问题进行了讨论。更多还原

【Abstract】 With BL-88A Laser Diffiractometer,the erythrocyte deformability was tested,for 30 patients with acute cerebraI infarction and 30 normal individuls.The datashowed that red cell deformability index (DI) in acute infarction were lower signi-ficantly than that in controls,the two shear stresses of 100 dyin/cm~2 and 200dyin/cm~2.It was suggested that decreased erythrocyte deformability might play a role inthe pathogenesis of ischemic stroke.更多还原
