武汉地区健康小儿血液内微量元素正常值的测定
Trace-elements of Blood Among Healthy Children in Wuhan Area
【摘要】 本组对武汉地区1月~12岁445名健康小儿血液内15种微量元素:锌、铜、铁、锰、锶、铬、钴、镍、铍、钛、钒、钼、钡、镉、铅以及3种常量元素钙、镁、磷含量,以ICP-AES进行检测。结果比国内、外全血各元素值均低。性别间差异无显著性意义。镁、磷与年龄无明显差异,其它各元素以年龄组不同而差异性显著;锌、铜、铁随年龄增加而增加,钙小年龄组高于大年龄组。血锌1月~2岁小儿较低。城市锌、铜、铁、镁、钴、锶、镍、铅值低于郊县,锰郊县低于城市,差异均有显著性意义。
【Abstract】 Fifteen trace-elements, such as Zn ,Cu, Fe, Mn, Sr, Cr, Co, Ni, Bi, Ti, V, Mo, Ba, Cd, Pb, and three constantelements(Ca, Mg, P) in blood were determined by ICP-AES in 445 healthy children (aged 1 month-12 years) in Wuhan area. The results show that levels of all elements arc lower than those of other elements. There are no statistically significant difference between sex. All the elements except Mg and P show significant difference between different age groups. Zn, Cu and Fe levels increase with age until 12 years of age. The Ca level is higher in younger group than in older one. The Zn level is lowest in children under 2 years of age. The levels of Zn, Cu, Mg, Fe, Ca, Sr, Ni, Pb are lower in city groups than in rural groups. However, the level of Mn is higher in city groups than in rural groups and the differences are statistically significant.
