【Abstract】 This paper describes the isolation of the bile alcohol-Cyprinol from the grass carp Ctenopharyngodon idella (Curier et Val.) and the demonstration of this bile alcohol according to chemical properties and constructional measurements. During the isolation of Cyprinol and Anhydrocypr inol, such experimental methods as the preparitive TLC of bile salts, the alcaline and acid hydrolisis of bile salts, the reversed phase partition column chromatography of the hydroly-zate, etc. were used. The structure of these compounds was demonstrated by IR, MS.1H-NMR. The natural form of Cyprinol in the grass carp is sodium cypri-nol sulphate. Its amount in the bile has been measured.更多还原
