【摘要】 由于喷气纺前罗拉的高速回转,容易形成较大的气流附面层,它将使得纤维容易扩散并产生两端自由纤维和松包缠纤维,影响成纱强力。针对以上问题,作者设计了前皮辊导流槽,结果使成纱强力明显提高。本文从理论和实验方面对导流槽的作用作了充分讨论。

【Abstract】 Owing to the higher speed of the front roller in the air-jet spinning,the air-current covering on the roller surface will be formed,so the free fibre in both ends and the loose bundle fibre will be emerge leading to affect the formed yarn strength.In accordance with these problems,the writer designed out up an groove leading air-current in the front top roller,in the result,the formed yarn strength increases obviously.This paper discuses fully both in theory and experiment.
