煤焦与二氧化碳的气化反应动力学
Kinetics of Gasification of Char in Carbon Dioxide
【摘要】 本文应用动态热重法研究几种中国煤焦在常压下与二氧化碳的气化反应动力学。由实验所得TG曲线确定在900-1400 K温度范围煤焦在二氧化碳中的气化转化率与温度的关系,并采用速率方程:da/dT=A/Φ·e-E/RT·(1-α)及其积分式求得几种中国煤焦在二氧化碳中气化反应的表观活化能和指前因子等动力学参数。结果表明本文所采用的速率方程是合理的。
【Abstract】 Reaction Kinetics of gasification of char in carbon dioxide at atmospheric pressure was investigated in a thermobalance reactor using six kinds of Chinese char. The char conversion fraction of gasification, in temperature range of 900-1400 K, was determined from the experimental data. The rate equation dα/dT-(1-α)A/Φ·exp(-E/RT) and its integral form have been proposed and used to evaluate the apparent activation energy and pre-exponential factor of char gasification reaction with the conversion data. The following conclusions were reached: 1.The overall gasification reaction is the first order reaction; 2.The apparent energy and the pre-exponential factor of gasification reaction for several Chinese chars were measured to be 156.3 to 187.16 KJ/mol and 6.84×104 to 4.8×106 min-1 respectively.
