箱体类零件工艺规程编制专家系统

【摘要】 鉴于现有创成式CAPP系统存在很大局限性,本文作者针对箱体类零件研究并开发了一个CAPP专家系统,该系统采用产生式规则表达工艺决策知识,推理机采用分层正反向推理的搜索策略,输出结果为工艺过程卡和NC源程序或者NC穿孔纸带。本文简要介绍了该系统的特点,并对CAPP专家系统中的某些问题进行了讨论。

【Abstract】 Conventional CAPP systems have already exposed their limitations. In this paper, an expert system of CAPP suitable for the prismatic and box-shaped parts has been developed. In this system, production rules are used to represent process planning knowledge, and hierarchy, forward and backward reasoning approach is applied. The output given includes not only the part process plan but also the NC program and NC tape. The characteristics of this system are introduced, and some problems of CAPP expert system are discussed in this paper.
