【Abstract】 On the basis of the study on the mechanism of ceramic material removal and the conditions of its mechanism transformation, this paper discusses the strategy of realizing top-quality and high-efficiency machining of ceramic material, such as rational selection of grinding parameters, and dividing operation sequence into rough grinding, precision grinding, and fine grinding or lapping stages.According to two optimum technological schemes proposed, the mirror machining of ceramic cylindrical surfaces was achieved successfully. The results have been applied to production process of ceramic engine components.更多还原
