【Abstract】 A package of PIXE software and database has been developed. As the firSt stop of PIXE dataprocessing, the computer program for PIXE spectral evaluation and elemental qualitative ana-lysis is described. The program includes nonlinear approximation of background, automatic peaksearch, spectral fitting, and elemental double library match. The matters concerning the programrunning are also discussed.
