【摘要】 应用改良的骨髓染色体同步化技术,对78例急非淋、慢粒、慢粒急变及骨髓增生异常综合征者进行骨髓染色体分析,显带成功率63％。加大秋水仙素浓度缩短作用时间,低渗时间适当,能获得分散较好,结构紧密的有丝分裂相,显带理想。特征性染色雄异常与继发性染色体的出现对白血病的诊断、分型、治疗及预后估计均有重要价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 We used an improved synchroning technique for bone marrow chromosome banding in 78 casses of acute nonlymphocytic leukemia, chronic granulocytic leukemia, acute phase of chronic granulocytic leukemia and myelodysplastic syndrome.The banding technique success rate was 63%.(41/70). The increased concentration of colchicine(finally 2μg/ml),reduced effect time(20min) and the hypotonic time was controlled in 18～20min, more mitotic cells will be produced, and also, the structure of chromsome is dense, well-spread and wellbanded with proper length. The appearances of characteristic(marked)and secondary chromsmes are very useful in the diagnosis,typing, treatment and the prognostic evaluation of leukemia.更多还原
