【Abstract】 The evolved gas-phase compositions of pitch during non-molten procedure were analysed by heating pitch fibes in the air. The characteristic radical of pitch at different oxidated temperature was measured using FTIR spectrum and the oxidation of pitch fier in the air was studied by combinating data of thermogravimetric analysis and ultimate analysis.
