文冠木中五种黄酮类成分的NMR研究
2D NMR STRUCTURE DETERMINATION OF FIVE FLAVONOIDS FROM THE WOODS OF XANTHOCERAS SORBIFOLIA BUNGE
【摘要】 应用1H—13C co(?)y,1H—13C long(?)ange cosy等二维核磁共振技术,对文冠木中具有血小板聚集抑制活性的5种黄酮类成分的1H—及13C—NMR信号做了明确归属。
【Abstract】 Through analysis of the 1H-, 13C-, and 2D-NMR spectra (DEPT,1H-13C COSY, 1H-13C long range COSY), the structures of five flavonoids from the woods of Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge. were found to be those of Myricetin(1), (-)-Epicatechin (2), (-)-Epigallocatechin (3), dl-Ampelopsin (4) and Quercetin (5). All the carbon and hydrogen atoms in these five compounds could be assigned.
