【摘要】 从金州区的实际出发,本文采用了线性规划的方法,为金州区制定了1995～2000年的农村能源发展规划,指出金州区农村能源建设的指导思想是:以开发生物质能为基础,以节约农村能源为重点,同时推广太阳能、风能等替代能源技术,坚持走综合发展的道路;探索了经济发达而能源短缺地区农村能源发展规律为:农村用能将以生产用能为主,兼顾生活用能;商品能源为主,非商品能源为辅。该地区农村能源供需矛盾将长期存在。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper a rural energy developmental plan (1995-2000) is formu- lated with the method of linear programming according to actual data from Jinzhou, The development basis is the implementation of biomass energy, with priority on saving energy and the demonstrative use of solar, wind and other alternative energy, with an overall comprehensive development guideline for the future. The principle for rural energy de- velopment in the economically prosperous but energy-short region is explo- red: (1)energy consumption for production is primary while for domestic use is secondary, and marketable energy is primary, whereas nonmarket- able energy is secondary; and (2) the imbalance between energy supply and demand which will long exist in this region should be resolved continuously.更多还原
