高速牙轮钻头金属浮动密封的实验研究
A Study of Metal-to-Metal Dynamic Seal for High- Speed Roller Bits,
【摘要】 介绍了金属浮动密封机理及特点,用实验方法给出了设计牙轮钻头金属浮动密封的轴向压缩量δ,模拟牙轮钻头工况对金属浮动密封的密封性能进行了实验研究。实验结果表明,金属浮动密封能够有效地适应牙轮钻头振动工况,并在高速条件下具有漏失量小、摩擦热少、磨损轻微、寿命长等优点,为研制高速牙轮钻头提供了有效的密封设计参数。
【Abstract】 The Mechanism and Characteristics of the metal - to - metal dynamic seal are described, the axial compressibility δ for designing the seal of roller bits, worked out by experiments, is presented, and the performance of the seal is explored by simulating the actual working conditions of the roller bit. The experiment result shows that the me- tal-to-metal dynamic seal can adapt itself to bit vibration, and has the advantages of less leakage, less friction heat, slight wear and long service life at high speed. Parameters for designing, the seal of high- speed roller bits are provided.
