【Abstract】 This paper presents the technology for producing cyclohexane from aromatic hydrocarbon raffinate oil which is a mid-byproduct in aromatic hydrocarbon plant. The main technique of the process includes three steps: raw oil purification by batch distillation; isomerization of methyl cyclopentane in the raw oil to cyclo- hexane with aluminium chloride as catalyst at a temperature of 70±5℃; and separation of the raw product by distillation. The optimal technical conditions have been determined and an industrial technical flow diagram is proposed.更多还原
