用磷改性HZSM-5沸石分子筛为催化剂合成乙酸乙酯
Esterification over Phosphorus Modified HZSM-5 Zeolite
【摘要】 用磷改性HZSM-5沸石分子筛为乙酸和乙醇酯化生成乙酸乙酯的催化剂,并结合程序升温脱附(TPD)、X射线粉末衍射(XRD)技术讨论了磷的加入对催化剂及催化反应的影响。磷的加入有效地抑制了副反应。最佳反应温度及一定温度下反应的转化率都与催化剂表面的弱酸中心数有一定的对应关系。
【Abstract】 Esterification of acetic acid with ethanol over HZSM-5 and phosphorus modified HZSM-5 was investigated. TPD and XRD techniques were referred to in discussing the effects of phosphorus in HZSM-5 on catalyst and catalytic reactions. Experimental results showed that when HZSM-5 was modified by phosphorus, side reactions were effectively restrained. Optimum reaction temperatures and ethanol yields were all connected with the number of weak acid sites on catalysts,
