【摘要】 作者报告经手术病理证实的胸膜肿瘤10例,其中胸膜间皮瘤6例,纤维瘤2例,畸胎瘤1例,多发结节型转移瘤1例。文章介绍了这10例胸膜肿瘤的X线表现,并重点讨论了胸膜间皮瘤的发病率、分类、病理、临床、检查方法及X线表现。局限性胸膜间皮瘤表现为与胸膜相连的软组织肿块影;弥漫性胸膜间皮瘤表现为广泛明显的胸膜增厚,呈波浪状,凸凹不平的结节状或片状阴影。胸膜转移瘤可有两种X线表现:胸腔积液型及肿块型。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper presented 10 pathologically confirmed cases of pleural tumor including mesothelioma 6 cases; fibroid tumor 2 cases; teratoma 1 case and multiple nodular metastatic carcinoma 1 case. The X-ray features of the 10 cases were deseribed. The incidence, classification, pathology, clinical and X-ray features, including methods of examination of mesothelioma of pleural were dis cussed. Circumacribed mesothelioma of pleural expressed as the soft-tissue mass shadow connected with the pleural. Diffuse mesothelioma of pleura expressed as extensive pleural theckening which was wavelike, con vex or concave nodes and patchy shadow.
