【Abstract】 An analysis of DSA was made in 116 cases with pediatric congenital heart disease in this artical. 59 cases was operated, 55 cases of which were consistent with the diagnosis of DSA, the accuracy rate of diagnosis after surgery was 93.2%. Mis-diagnosis occured in 4 cases. The diagnostic value as well as limitation of DSA in the field of congenital heart diseasc and the compensative management to the artifacts were discussed in this paper.更多还原
