【摘要】 本文报道44例肝癌行82次药物碘油栓塞术所见的并发症及处理。一般反应有术中迷走神经反射,术后栓塞综合征。严重的并发症主要有术后消化道大出血3例:肝癌破裂引起腹腔内及消化道大出血1例;严重感染3例。对消化道及肝癌破裂出血者,作者采用导管动脉灌注血管收缩剂或动脉栓塞止血获得良好效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 This is to report the complications and their proper treatment occurring in 44 cases or hepatic cancer treated by a total of 82 times of embolization. The complications included vagal refex, n=32, postembolization syndrom, n=81, postoperative massive gastrointestinal tract hemorrhage, n = 3, rupture of the tumor with massive intraperitoneal and digestive tract hemorrage, n = 1 and serious infection, n = 3. Hemorrhage was successfully treated by intravascular infusion of vasoconstrictive agent or arterial embolization.更多还原
