【Abstract】 Dermatitis blastomycosis width pulmonary and cutaneous involvement is presented. The cutaneous and. bronchoscopic biopsy showed that B dermatitidis incited a mixed granuloma and purulent inflamintory reaction, Microscopic examination of tissue was stained with HE and special fungus stain appears as round or oval yeast with thick, sharply defined refractile cell wall. The yeast cell generally range from 8 15 μm in diamerter. The protoplasm stained basophilie or amphophilic and is usually separated from the rigid, unstained cell wall by a clear space. These cell reproduce by single budding. The bud is attached to the parent cell by a very wide base, which cart be indentified with confidence. With the GMS and PAS procedures, both the cells and the contents of the yeast cell are stained red and large numbers of fungus can be found.更多还原
