【Abstract】 The treatment of the adult acute leukemia (AAL) has made considerable progress in recent years. The complete remission rate (CRR) has a distinct improvement. The cases of long term survival is inereased in number. Some patients have been. cured. We summarized 307 AAL from 1972 to August 1989 in our hospital, The CRR was 21.04% from 1972 to 1980, while it was 44.25% from 1981 to August 1989.
