Zn(Ⅱ)和Cd(Ⅱ)对Luminol H2O2-Cr(Ⅲ)体系化学发光抑制作用的研究
Studies on the quenching of Zinc(Ⅱ) and Cadmium(Ⅱ) in the chemiluminescence system of Luminol-H2O2-Cr(Ⅲ)
【摘要】 对Luminol—H2O2化学发光体系中Zn(Ⅱ)、Cd(Ⅱ)抑制化学发光的作用及其影响因素进行了研究,建立了Zn(Ⅱ)、Cd(Ⅱ)的流动注射化学发光分析法,检出限Zn(Ⅱ)为2.0×10-8mol/L,Cd(Ⅱ)为1.6×10mol/L,线性范围均为10-7~10-4mol/L。
【Abstract】 The quenching of Zn(Ⅱ) and Cd(Ⅱ) in the chemiluminescence(CL) system of Luminol-H2O2-Metal ions is studied. The method of determining Zn(Ⅱ) and Cd(Ⅱ) by flow injection CL analysis is developed, which is based on the quenching of Zn(Ⅱ)/Cd(Ⅱ) in the CL system of Luminol-H2O2-Cr(Ⅲ). The detection limits are 2.0×10-8 mol/L Zn(Ⅱ) and 1.6×10-8 mol/L Cd(Ⅱ), and the linear responses is obtained with 10-7-10-4 mol/L Zn(Ⅱ)/Cd(Ⅱ). Relative stardard derivation is 3.5%.
