乙基紫做显色剂测定痕量铂
STUDY ON THE DETERMINATION OF TBACE PLATINUM(Ⅳ) BY EXTBACTION SPECTROPHOTOMETRIC METHOD
【摘要】 本文研究了pt4+—吡啶—3—甲酸—乙基紫离子缔合体系的显色反应。摩尔吸光系数ε600nm=4.3×1051.mol-1.Cm-1,相关系数为0.9997。缔合物可被苯+MIBK(2:1)的混合溶剂所萃取。萃取光度法的主要条件被详细研究了。铂含量在0—4ug/10ml范围内遵守比尔定律。在室温下显色萃取液在90min内是稳定的。研究了34种外来离子对本法测定铂的影响。
【Abstract】 A new sensitive colour reaction for platinum(Ⅳ) is developed. Association complex of platinum(Ⅳ)ions is formed with 3-pyridinecarboxylic acid and ethyl violet having absorption maximum at 600nm. The molar absorption coefficientis 4.28x105 1.mol-1. cm-1 at 600nm. The complex can be extra cted into 10ml of a mixture of benzene plus MIBK(2:1) in 1 min, The main con ditions for extractionspectrophotometic method have been investigated in detail. Beer;s law is obeyed for O to 4ug per 10ml of Pt. The colour of the extract is stable in 90 min at room temperature. The effects of 34 foreign iotas on the determination are discussed.
