【Abstract】 An ELISA kit for the detection of antibody to mouse hepatits virus (MHV)was established.The antigen was prepared by clarifing the DBT cell cultures infectedwith MHV-3 at different speed by centrifugation.Horseradish oxidase labeled SPA(HRP-SPA) was used as the second antibody.Our center and other three laboratoriesdetected 362 mouse sera from conventional condition and 121 mouse sera in barrier system,with positive rates of 149/362 (41.16%)and zero respectively更多还原
