【Abstract】 The liquid crystalline lipid of bile was observed by electron microscopy and polarizing microscopy. The result showed that birefringent droplets was confirmed, their features indicate a liquid crystalline with a lamellar structure, there exist lipoid spherical particles of bile.更多还原
