【摘要】 本文筛选了培养材料和确定了粉碎的玉米芯培养基。该培养基组成:粉碎的玉米芯90％,麦麸8％,过磷酸钙1.5％,生石灰0.5％和0.2％的多菌灵含水达65—70％左右。将这个培养基制成一个堆,该堆高1.2—1.3m,宽1.5—1.7m,用塑料膜复盖,当堆中间达56℃以上时,翻堆3至4次每次间隔24～48小时。 当玉米秸杆能遮荫时（约7月5日）,在玉米地垄沟栽培Pleurotus sapidus,通过实践证明在秋天可收获鲜菇10kg/m₂左右。更多还原

【Abstract】 tn this paper We select cultural materials and develop a powdered corncob medium. The medium contains 90% powdered corncob, 8% wheat bran. 1. 5% calcium superphosphate,0. 5% calcium oxide and 0. 2% carben-dazim. Moisture content is between 65% and 70%. pile up the materials,the heap is 1.2 - 1.3m high and 1. 5 -1. 7m wide,Cover the heap with plastic film .When the inner temperature is above 56 C .Turn the heap over tor 3 - 4 times with ainterval of 24 -48hr.when the cornstalks can shade the sunlight (about July the 5th), grow the P.
